The above-entitled monthly magazine is all about the visual arts. Its latest issue takes a look at the year 2001 through the important events that took place during that year.

A special section of the latest edition is devoted to the most unforgettable events of the year--the September 11 bombings of important landmarks in the U.S. Moving photos taken by various world photographers on what took place on that fateful day are presented for magazine readers to ponder on.

Afghanistan also suffered a real crisis after the September 11 events. Professional photographers from all over the world made trips to the country to cover the effects of the U.S. "war against terror". A collection of their photos depicting the different aspects of Afghan daily life and the war in their country is included in the issue.

Another interesting subject taken up in the edition is the Cannes International Film Festival.

The issue includes a survey of Iranian cinema figures and their participation in the festival presented through interviews and reports.

The rest of the magazine is devoted to photos of winning entries in the 20th Fajr International Film Festival coupled with short write-ups on these entries.
